If you’re reading this, you’re probably fully aware of the natural disaster that has shaken Haiti with an estimated loss of 200,000 lives and more than 1.5m people being made homeless.
This isn’t the first time such a tragedy has taken place. Have you noticed that the countries that are least equipped to deal with such disasters, including Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Haiti, etc seem to get hit hardest and more frequently?
Other than donate money to charities, is there much you can do to help these people from the comfort of your home or office?
Well, actually there is a LOT you can do with very little effort.
There is an illusion that there is a separation between you and everybody else and even more separation from Mother Nature. Not true. Every thought, intention, feeling and action has affects everybody and everything else. This has been the teachings of the ancients and is now corroborated by new science beyond doubt.
